We are a construction company that specializes in residential and commercial new construction and renovation.

Global Construction (Maritimes) is a privately owned and operated full-service general contracting firm, serving Atlantic Canada for over 18 years.

Centrally located in the Debert Air Industrial Park, Nova Scotia, we supply a broad range of services to the commercial, institutional and Residential fields.

We are a seasoned team of qualified and experienced personnel, with recognized skills in all facets of project management, general contracting, design-build and more. Global Construction (Maritimes) has been able to distinguish itself in the competitive construction industry by the added value that our experienced team brings to every stage of the build. From project conception to completion, Global Construction (Maritimes) is dedicated to delivering quality and workmanship to our clients.

Global Construction (Maritimes) is owned and operated by Rudi and Gudrun Loeffler. After working in the family-owned log home manufacturing and construction business for 20 years, Rudi started Global in 2002.
